Samsung Galaxy S5 To be launched in 150 Countries on April 11th,2014

"Samsung 's latest S Series SmartPhone, the Galaxy  S-5 is expected to be widely released  on 11th April,2014 .Samsung will also launch the Galaxy S5, and the Gear devices on April 11, 2014, in 150 countries

Meanwhile Samsung's  has earlier showed off and  unveiled the long-rumoured Galaxy S5 at 
this year's Mobile World Congress
 (MWC) in Barcelona. The handset, Samsung's latest flagship Android device with a 5.1inch HD Display, 16MP rear facing camera with a built in heart rate monitor

The new phone is water-resistant, features faster camera and has fitness-related  features. The Samsung s5 is The premium variant is said to have a 2K display and metal 
chassis along with a host of features..In Europe the target launch date is in April and the device costs €600 

The latest smartphone from Samsung  will be available in 16GB and 32GB storage versions, and black, white, blue and gold colour options. The Samsung Galaxy S5 also runs the latest version of Google's mobile software, Android 4.4 Kitkat. .A 16MP camera sensor also sits on the rear of the phone, complete with a 0.3 second autofocus, dual-LED flash and the ability to shoot 4K video

  1.  5.1in 1080p HD Super AMOLED screen, powered  by a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor
  2. 2GB RAM,instead of  octa-core Exynos 6 processor as some rumours had suggested.
  3. The new  Qualcomm chip equips the phone with Cat4 LTE support, which means the handset can handle 4G download speeds of upto 150Mbps.
Among the new features are 
  1. fingerprint reader, which you can use to unlock the phone or to make payments; currently only PayPal is supported.(  for example you can lock and unlock some of your private inmages or videos
  2. A 16MP camera sensor @ rear, dual LED Flash
 However  among the downside is that “ The S5 is slightly chunkier than Galaxy S4, measuring in at 8.1mm thick  weighing  145g.
