What Does the New iPhone Launch 5C vs 5S mean for Apple

The batttle of iphne 5C vs iPhone 5S wars

The announce of  iPhone 5S  is mired with 2 facts  1) Does Apple wants to go the Intel way with a annual product upgrade  based on a technological breakthrough 5 years ago ? or  does the company really have a problem  in their hands as they dont yet ' in not having a product " that can be positioned as a Ipod, Ipad or the iPhone

Coming Back is to the Launch of the 5S and  5C  the  5TH Generation iPhone Model  The iPhone 5C is somewhat cheaper, and has a more modest build and feature set. Both of these phones are primed to take on the Android competition this autumn, and going by their features, It should not worry Android that much

Much like the iPhone 4S, the new iPhone 5S looks physically identical to its predecessor, the iPhone 5 and it comes  at a Premium. It comes packing the new Apple A7 processor, which Apple promises will double performance over last year's model. On top of that, the A7 is the first 64-bit smartphone processor – although there are some who firmly believe that’s just marketing bluster.

Coming Soon :iPhone unveils Faster, Cheaper Smartphone

Apple  has  finally realised that “ Premium segment which it has been addressing so far  has matured and its at the end of he product life cycle . In a suprise move  Apple is set to reinvent itself  as it replaced the iPhone 5 with two new smartphones the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. This replacement in effect means that Apple will not produce iPhone 5 anymore, and will sell only the stock that is already available with retailers in the market.

Phone 5S - Available in silver, gold and space grey, iPhone 5s features an A7 chip, a Touch ID fingerprint identity sensor, ultra-fast wireless, an iSight camera with a larger 8MP sensor and iOS 7.
iPhone 5C - Available in green, blue, yellow, pink and white, iPhone 5c features an A6 chip, ultra-fast wireless, an 8MP iSight camera and iOS 7.
iPhone 4S - Available in black and white, iPhone 4s features an A5 chip, an 8MP iSight camera and Siri, the intelligent assistant you control with your voice.
Capacity
iPhone 5S - 16GB, 32GB or 64GB
iPhone 5C - 16GB or 32GB
iPhone 4S - 8GB
In the US, where a 16GB version can be bought at $99 with a two-year contract, it is a steal. But the unlocked price of the phone even there is $549. For India, this means the price is not going to be less than Rs.35,000 at present US Dollar rates, unless Apple decided to discount it here for a larger market share. So much for the phone taking on the Google Nexus and the mid-range Lumias.
